One very important area that BioCRUDE technologies excels in is the reformation of organic waste using our accelerated “quick composting” process. The aim is the production of useable and salable by-products such as biogas, biodiesel, crude oil, and high quality fertilizer. All these products can be utilized to create environmentally friendly energy and soil enrichment products. For example, MSW (Municipal Solid Waste), can be converted into both biogas and fertilizer, with the biogas feeding a generator that in turn outputs electricity.
There are a number of different products and processes that are currently available from BioCRUDE, all scalable and capable of being personalized to the individual needs of each client and project. We started with a self-contained and self-sufficient unit designed for small applications, but have branched out into development of larger processes and uses for individual products. We believe that our contributions to “green” technology will contribute heavily to the revolution in the waste management and renewable resource industries.
How will we achieve this? Our processes have been shown to positively impact on composting, reducing time factors, odour, and production costs, while increasing yield output.
These technologies can be successfully applied to pig manure, which has special issues and requirements, waste water treatment, waste reformation and reduction, MSW, composting, production of high quality fertilizer, bacterial reduction for disease prevention, refinement into environmentally friendly biogas and biodiesel.
